Shining a light on the future of the industry
As part of its collaboration with the Groupe BIM du Québec (GBQ), L’ASSOCIÉ had the privilege of promoting an event that holds great promise for the future of the industry: the Construction Technology Job Fair.
A true bridge between emerging talent and employers, this fair is part of a proactive approach to developing the sector, promoting recruitment, innovation, and knowledge transfer.
On March 18, 2025, at the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) in Montreal, students, recent graduates, and professionals seeking new opportunities gathered with key companies, universities, organizations, and industry leaders. The program included enriching discussions, inspiring conferences, and concrete career opportunities.
By supporting the GBQ in the design, logistics, and communication of this fair, L’ASSOCIÉ helped create a dynamic space where employers and candidates could build together the future of a sector undergoing digital transformation.
Our approach positioned this event as a growth driver for the industry, placing technological skills at the heart of the discussions.
Building on this success, a new edition of the Construction Technology Job Fair will be held in Quebec City on October 14, 2025, confirming the enthusiasm and relevance of this event for the entire sector.
This project demonstrates that an event can be much more than a meeting place: it can become a catalyst for innovation, a tool for mobilization, and a lever for sustainable development for a professional community.
Groupe BIM du Québec is an organization dedicated to promoting and developing collaborative and digital practices in the construction sector. By bringing together companies, institutions, and professionals, GBQ helps accelerate technological transformation and prepare the industry for the challenges of tomorrow.
