The new website includes member and event management, a multimedia library, a job board, a news section, and an online training platform.
This new digital space centralizes resources and strengthens collaboration within emergency centers.
Founded in 2000 by professionals from Quebec’s 9-1-1 emergency call centers, the Association des centres d’urgence du Québec (ACUQ) expanded its scope in 2009 to include all emergency call centers, beyond 9-1-1.
Today, ACUQ represents most emergency call centers in Quebec, covering all administrative regions of the province. It also includes most primary and secondary centers. Thanks to the strength of its network and the expertise of its members, ACUQ plays a central role in the evolution of the emergency call center sector.
